June 13, 2003, Newsletter Issue #4: Mars--Making a spectacle of itself

Tip of the Week

If you want to get the best view of Mars while it is at its brightest in over 59,000 years, head outside before dawn and search in the south-south-eastern sky. This summer you wonīt even need a telescope to capture details of the planetīs surface. Just bring a pen and a sketchpad or a 35mm camera to capture the image for your scrapbook.
